!Rocky (Fourtrak, Rugger)
[Part-time|part] transmission. Lever-operated (commercial swb/lwb) or button/lever-operated (passenger/estate lwb) transfer case.center differential (locked in 4L mode). Transfer case with 3 modes: 2H (RWD), 4H(4WD High Range) and 4L(4WD Low Range) for rough terrain. Transfer case is with gears, not chain.
Rocky/Fourtrak has rigid axle in front & rear, from'93 on rigid axle back(onback (on coil springs)/independent(torsion bars)atsprings) and independent (torsion bars) at front.


!Feroza (Sportrak)
Feroza has five gears and 3 modes in the transfer case, same as Rocky, but the front suspension is independent with torsion bars and the transfer case is with chain, not gears as in Rocky.

!Sirion 4trak
[Automatic all wheel drive|auto]. Normally front-wheel drive vehicle. Rear axle engaged via viscous coupling when front wheels slip.

!YRV 4trak
[Automatic all wheel drive|auto]. Normally front-wheel drive vehicle. Rear axle engaged via viscous coupling when front wheels slip.

!Terios
[full-time all wheel drive|full]. Free center differential, manually lockable by a button on the console.
